One envelope per household, however many people it holds. Designing is free, and so is everything you do before the moment you send — you pay only for the envelopes that actually go out. A shower of thirty households is fifteen dollars.
A note on the going rate
Elsewhere, the per-invitation price in the advertisement is often the price of a coin, and a single invitation can cost several coins — the arithmetic is left to you, after the pack is bought. Here the number is the number: fifty cents, per envelope, from the first one.

- When am I charged?
- At send, and only then. Design the card, build the page, gather your list — none of it costs anything. When you send, you pay fifty cents for each envelope going out, in one plain checkout. There is nothing to pre-buy and nothing left over.
- What does an envelope mean?
- A household. If a family of five shares one invitation, that is one envelope — and one fifty-cent charge — no matter how many names are inside it.
- What about very small gatherings?
- The price does not change. Eight envelopes is four dollars. There is no minimum, no base fee, and no size of party too small to make sense.
